Who We Are - We are two United States Air Force Veterans pursuing a modest living in the industry and game we have the uptmost passion for - GOLF. We only recruit and hire team members who have the same desire to succeed as we do. We actively sponsor or support the Southern Texas Section of the PGA, The 100 Club and the National Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Fund. We love our job!
Jerry Swartz, Managing Partner: Jerry Swartz, has run a 500M revenue stream for a major Fortune 500 company and assisted small to medium size businesses establish themselves in the technology marketplace with related products, services and marketing. As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and with over 25 years of business experience, numerous awards, and specialized sales and marketing training provide good balance to this partnership. Although not a single digit handicap golfer yet, Jerry is a golf legend...,in his own mind.
J.B. Kenna, Managing Partner: J.B. is a retired US Air Force Police 
Officer and former Florida Deputy Sheriff who's work experience also includes 7 years as a government and non-profit executive. J.B. is a long time supporter of those in need and has spearheaded the response to a myriad of social issues ranging from juvenile delinquency and drug addiction to homelessness and child abuse. J.B. has a Masters Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management. He proudly carries a 16.9 USGA index, but seeks single digits before he turns 50.
John Rider, Staff Consultant: John is a PGA Professional employed by Golf Galaxy in the Woodlands, Texas. John provides our company with the industry insight that only a PGA professional can provide. His years of experience working at golf courses is especially well suited for his role as an advisor and consultant to our company.
Zachary Fleming, Staff Consultant: Zack is a PGA Professional and a licensed property tax consultant. He graduated from The University of Texas with a bachelors degree in Business Economics. Zack has achieved property tax reductions of as much as 60% for golf courses all over Texas. As a member of the PGA with experience including managing a golf club (~30 employees), he is uniquely qualified to represent your facility to the local taxing authority.
